本課程旨在幫助同學認識自我、瞭解自己的性向，進而思索未來的人生方向，訂定生涯規劃，考慮是否加修輔系或雙主修，充實自己的專業技能，同時兼具第二專長，讓自己在職場上更有競爭力。
在課程中，也鼓勵同學到劇團實習或參加演出工作，經由自身深刻的體驗，獲得寶貴的實務經驗，領略劇場生態與劇團排練、操作過程，為未來的職業生涯打下良好的基礎，畢業後能擁有一技之長，找到理想的工作。
This course is designed to help students understand the ethical framework where professional practice will be developed and to understand their own inclinations and think about their future direction in life, plan their careera and consider whether to acquire a second skill and enhance their professional expertise in two fields so that they could be more competitive at their workplace.
The course aims also to encourage students to practice and participate in theatrical performances and through this experience gain valuable practical knowledge, enjoy the play rehearsals and operating process for the future and lay a good foundation for a career after graduation and obain the skills necssary to find the ideal job.
