一、本課程係本系特殊戲曲化妝基礎必修課程。
二、學習傳統戲曲之容妝技巧，一學期針對丑角、淨角（包含各種基本臉譜之各基本勾畫方法），一學期以京劇角色「生」「旦」為主軸，學習俊扮。根據不同角色身分年齡，不同的化妝方式，作為課堂學習內容目標。使同學能全面性地了解戲曲容妝的領域，並能初部駕馭各行當的化妝方式，進而從傳統技巧中學習並嘗試創作。

本課程為化妝實務課，一學期學習淨、丑油彩化妝，一學期學習生與旦角化妝，學習傳統戲曲之容妝技巧，除傳習傳統容裝之化妝實務外，也能有轉化創新舞台演出化妝的設計基本能力。
